We’re back, baby!

We’ve been hard at work this year putting everything together for year two of the Kill Team Open and are excited to share it with everyone! We were truly humbled last year when our event made history as the largest Kill Team tournament ever! And we’re looking to build on that success and make this event even bigger and better this year! We’ve partnered with the incredible Overhills Mansion run by White House Caterers, as well as secured a room block with the Baltimore Airport Hilton to bring you a kill team experience like you’ve never seen before!

We learned a lot in year one, and listened to all our players’ amazing feedback and have come back with better events, a better venue, and more amazing offerings for everyone!

In addition to expanding our Competitive event to a two-day Nova-style bracket tournament, we’ve brought on the incredible Ben Campbell of Battle Brothers Tabletop to bring you a brand new immersive two-day narrative event that will run concurrently with the competitive event, so players can expect a truly narrative-focused experience catered to you! And don’t worry, if you participated in a previous Kill Team Stream narrative event, your already experienced team can take part in all the fun! And you’ll even get to add another stamp to your dataslate!

In addition, our world-class painting competition “Squad Goals” has returned better than ever, with a brand new Diorama Category! Come showcase your full creativity with something outside of just a standard miniature. Make a stunning diorama, or a duel between two leaders, or a scene from your favorite kill team battle! The sky is the limit!

That’s not all! Since our last event we’re also proud to announce that our incredibly talented painting instructor Will Hahn (@sik_willy_miniature_art) has won a Golden Demon! And he’s graciously agreed to come back and teach another incredible set of classes at this year’s event. In addition, Mike Dutcher (@listeningtopaintdry) is back with more amazing classes this year. We’d also like to introduce our new award-winning instructor Martin Orlando (@thewanderingprince)

We’ve also added something incredibly special: VIP Packages! Whether you’re just a huge fan of the Kill Team Open and want to show your support, or you’re looking for some exclusive swag, we’ve got a package for you! They’re incredibly limited. We’ve themed them after the different specialisms from Kill Team and they are filled with incredibly unique experiences and swag that you won’t be able to find anywhere else! Learn more about them here!

Thank you again to everyone who helped us make history year one, and we’re looking forward to taking competitive kill team to the next level once again! Save the dates in your calendar: February 18th & 19th 2023. And book your tickets today!
